Terms & Conditions

• Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 12% GST taxes. Green Tax of USD6 per person will be collected from the guests directly.
• Stay from 23 Jan to 05 Feb supplement of $ 200 per villa per night. ( Chinese New Year)
• This offer is not combinable with any other existing offers.
• Combinable ONLY with contracted Kids stay and eat free offer – KHSP-4. (Period From 01st May to 30th Sep 2017 only)
• Any additional Nights & person WILL BE CHARGED as per the contract.
• Resort reserves the right to stop and remove the offer at any given time, sending a notification to the partner.
• Upgrade from Beach villa to Beach Villa with Pool can be done at a supplement charge of USD 200 per villa per night from 01st Dec to 30t Apr 17 & USD 120 per villa per night from 1st May to 25 Dec 17.
• Upgrade from Water villa to Water villa with Pool can be done at a supplement charge of USD 200 per villa per night from 01st Dec to 30th Apr 17 & USD 120 per villa per night from 1st May to 25 Dec 17 per night inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
• Transfer can be arranged by seaplane at a supplement charge of $ 400 per person.
• Compulsory 31st December New year’s eve Dinner supplement will be Adult USD 250 & Child USD 125. (02- 12 Yrs)
• Soft All Inclusive – Daily Buffet Breakfast + Buffet Lunch + Buffet Dinner at Main Restaurant + soft drinks included all day long. (excluding Alcoholic beverages)
• Please note that, the Special benefit such as complimentary 30 minutes Spa treatment, “a la carte” gourmet set menu dinner, complimentary Excursion is excluded on the package rates.
• Other terms and conditions are as per FIT main contract.
